The spiritual siege of the Capitol Building in Washington D.C.
Taking place since 1793!

I know many of you have been deeply troubled by the conflicting reports of the Capitol siege on January 6^th of this year, however, there is a related subject on a higher level that should trouble you just as much and really, even more. The United States capitol building in Washington D.C. has been under siege spiritually since its construction began in 1793. I know that sounds outrageous, but it’s true.

Here are some undeniable facts that should raise a red flag:

The cornerstone for the United States Capitol was laid with full Masonic ceremonial symbolism by President George Washington, who was a Mason and dressed for the occasion in appropriate masonic clothing. He was assisted by the Grand Master of Maryland Joseph Clark, in a Masonic ritual. Though most Masons are probably unaware of it, on the highest level, Luciferianism is their associated belief system. Luciferians contend that Lucifer is the god of light who illuminates the minds of men, and Adonay (the God of the Bible / Jehovah) is the “god of darkness” that “forces human beings to be subservient to his repressive dictates.”[1] They also believe that ultimately, Lucifer will overcome Jehovah (or more correctly, Yahweh).

I am not implying that George Washington embraced this twisted, doctrinal deception. There is no way of knowing that, but there is plenty of documentation suggesting that this has been, and apparently still is, a dominant belief among Freemasons of the higher degrees. For instance, in 1889, a hundred years after the beginning of George Washington’s term in office (1789—1797), General Pike (the Sovereign Pontiff of Universal Freemasonry / the head of the order globally) said in his “Instructions” to the twenty-three Supreme Councils of World Masonry:

“The Masonic religion should be, by all of us initiates of the high degrees, maintained in the purity of the Luciferian doctrine.”[2]

Did you get that? Are you shocked? Also, the occultist and well-known Mason, Manly Hall, insisted that when a Mason learns how to use his spiritual power:

“He has learned the mystery of his Craft. The seething energies of Lucifer are in his hands and before he may step onward and upward, he must prove his ability to properly apply energy.”[3]

So, there is a strong and original connection between the building that houses our lawmaking bodies and the instigator of the first insurrection against the Creator, the prideful one who boasted “I will be like the Most High” but was subsequently thrust down “to Sheol [KJV—hell], to the lowest depths of the pit” because of his rebellion against God (see Isaiah 14:12-19, Ezekiel 28:12-19 NKJV). Pondering this makes me tremble.

(Please note: It is questionable whether or not “Lucifer” is even a proper name for Satan. Some feel that the original Hebrew word heylel [pronounced hay-lale] was merely descriptive of the king of Babylon on a foundational level, and Satan, on a symbolic level—not a proper name—and that heylel should be translated “morning star” instead or something similar [Complete Jewish Bible – Isaiah 14:12]. However, this name is used by occultists at times to mean an entity different than Satan, while others suggest it is synonymous with Satan. Whatever the interpretation is, this believe belief found in the Masonic doctrine is completely opposite to the true revelation of the nature of God as found in the Bible.)

The “Apotheosis of George Washington”

The “Apotheosis of Washington” is the fresco painted by Greek-Italian artist Constantino Brumidi in 1865 that adorns the inside of the dome in the rotunda of the United States Capitol Building. This mural is 180 feet above the rotunda floor and the area of this massive painting measures 4,664 square feet.

The word “apotheosis” in the title means literally the raising of a person to the rank of a god. It can also mean the glorification of a person as embodying an ideal also—the zenith expression of something, the epitome. George Washington was certainly honored as a national icon of freedom in the nineteenth century, but does this famous painting convey a spiritual meaning much more profound than that? It definitely seems to do so (and if Washington had been alive, as unassuming a person as he was, I don’t think he would have allowed it to be painted).

The Apotheosis shows George Washington ascending into the heavens and reigning. In the center, Washington is flanked by symbolic figures of two women who represent Liberty/Authority and Victory/Fame. There is a rainbow passing through the clouds beneath him. He is further surrounded by 13 female figures in flowing robes who represent the original 13 states. Some hold a banner with the motto “E Pluribus Unum,” meaning “Out of Many One.” This statement is also found on the back of the dollar bill (image below), on a banner just above the eagle on the right side (it’s barely visible—you will have to look close). On the left side of the bill under the pyramid is the statement “Novus Ordo Seclorum” which can be interpreted to mean “New World Order” or “New Order of the Ages” (which we assume is a reference to the hoped-for, Masonic goal of a one-world government ultimately in control of all individual nations).

Around the mural’s perimeter, with the appearance of being on the ground beneath Washington, there are six groups representing major areas of culture and societal advance: War, Science, Marine activities, Business and commerce, Mechanics, and Agriculture. Each scene combines false deities, gods and/or goddesses, along with figures from American history, and inventions that were recent advances at that time.

The symbolism is definitely not biblical, and clearly, heretical. The deities on the ceiling of the central chamber of our lawmaking bodies (the Senate and the House of Representatives) are from the Roman pantheon—a corrupt empire whose leaders crucified the Son of God and for centuries greatly persecuted the believers who spread the Christian faith.

May I remind you that God will not share space in a temple with a false god. Do you remember the story of Dagon, the Philistine god in 1 Samuel Chapter 5—how the priests placed the ark of the covenant in the temple of Dagon (a deity that was half-fish and half-man) only to discover two days later, Dagon laying on the floor with his head and hands chopped off.

And what about the thunderous, overpowering voice of the Most High giving His first commandment in a list of ten from a mountain called Sinai that was consumed with holy fire:

“I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before Me.” (Exodus 20:2-3)

Did Constantino conveniently forget this timeless divine directive when he drew up the design for the rotunda ceiling? It seems he was oblivious.

The six ancient false deities depicted on the capitol dome are:

Minerva, Roman goddess of wisdom and the arts of civilization, wearing a helmet and bearing a spear, points to an electric generator next to a printing press, while inventors Benjamin Franklin, Samuel F. B. Morse, and Robert Fulton observe.

Neptune, Roman god of the sea, holding his trident and adorned with seaweed, is borne in a shell chariot drawn by sea horses. Venus, goddess of love who came forth from the sea, is shown assisting in the laying of the transatlantic cable. In the background is the image of an iron-clad ship.

Mercury, god of commerce and financial gain, with his easily recognized winged cap and caduceus (a wand with entwined serpents), hands a bag full of gold to Robert Morris, the businessman who helped finance the Revolutionary War.

Vulcan, god of fire and of the forge, is standing at his anvil and resting his foot on a cannon. Close by is a pile of cannon balls. Also, a steam engine appears in the background.

Ceres, the goddess of agriculture, grain and the harvest is shown with a wreath of wheat and a cornucopia, and riding on a reaper.

If the symbolic ‘deification’ of our first president, surrounded by six false Roman deities (who are actually “devils” according to 1 Corinthians 10:20) is not enough occult symbolism to make you shake your head, then meander over to the Great Hall of the Library of Congress and you will find images in the floor of the sun in the center and the twelve signs of the zodiac surrounding it. In fact, there are many zodiacs throughout Washington DC.

Stargazing and astrology are expressions of divination which is outlawed in Scripture.

“You shall not . . . practice divination or soothsaying.” (Leviticus 19:26)

How can we ever hope to be blessed and guided into the future as a nation by the God who created the stars if we give undue reverence to the stars and propose they themselves are the shapers of our destiny?

Isaiah 47:10-15 (from the Complete Jewish Bible) seems appropriate to quote at this point (though it should drive us to our knees). Although it referred to the empire of Babylon when it was written, it certainly applies to our nation which is so steeped in the “Babylon” confusion of false religious beliefs and practices:

You were at ease in your wickedness, you thought, “No one sees me.” Your “wisdom” and “knowledge” perverted you, as you thought to yourself, “I am important, and no one else.” 11 Yet disaster will befall you, and you won’t know how to charm it away; calamity will come upon you, and you won’t be able to turn it aside; ruin will overcome you, suddenly, before you know it. 12 So for now, keep on with your powerful spells and your many occult practices; from childhood you have been working at them; maybe they will do you some good, maybe you will inspire terror! 13 You are worn out with all your consultations—so let the astrologers and stargazers, the monthly horoscope-makers, come forward now and save you from the things that will come upon you! 14 Look, they will be like straw! The fire will consume them. They will not save even themselves from the power of the flame. It will not be coals for warming oneself, not a fire to sit beside! 15 So much for your [wizards], with whom you have worked all your life! Each will wander off in his own direction, and nobody will save you. 

No, none of these practices and false beliefs can save us. Only Jesus can save us from the things that are coming on this generation. Only he can dispel the dark cloud of globalist control hovering over our nation.

Since January 6^th the capitol building has been the focus of a great deal of attention—and many questions that need to be answered. However, it is the spiritual siege of our nation’s capitol that I am even more concerned about. We need a revival that will tear down, not the physical buildings themselves, but these false beliefs enshrined in those buildings that have become spiritual strongholds in our culture and society for centuries and are increasingly contaminating the entire world.

I love this nation of the United States of America and I love its capital, Washington D.C. My family and I have visited our capital many times and we never cease to be awed by the heritage displayed there. However, I am very troubled by much of the symbolism I find in that city that makes me concerned for the spiritual state and the future of our great nation and the next generation of Americans. I am so thankful for this fortress of freedom and pray it remains so for many years into the future – however, my highest allegiance is to the kingdom of God and the glorious King of that kingdom and it we are to be blessed by Him, we must love what He loves, scorn what He scorns, and reverence what He reverences.
